I have made a little picture for me to use in my signature line, but I have a tiny problem. I need to make the background transparent but i can't figure out how.. Anybody have any suggestions?

Actually, its an elf from Warcraft II, I made some modifications.. I can't seem to find a small elven ranger pic that suits me...
