I don't know why or how, but all of the sudden my computer goes checking the disks when it starts up. I haven't got the faintest clue why it does that and have already checked if I checked some box in the Configuration Screen, but I failed to find the problem there.
More details: it checks in three stages, saying something about "NTFS control". What the hell?!?
I can post the computer stats but I don't think that's necessary..

I know in my case i have a flash disk and if i leave it in and reboot, the computer comes up with a blue screen and scanns it. Have you added/changed your hardware recently?

Well my computer does reboot once in a while, but it never does it then. The past few times I've just put the computer on, and then it happened, when I just shut it down normally the night before...

Its actually not bad at all, I have professional and haven't updated it since I got it (I know, bad idea, but still...). I haven't had any problems with it. To my knowledge Home Edition is supposed to be the buggy version...
