I notice on Shadowkeeper there's a counter for certain character quests (like the Nalia or Korgan quest). I am curious if you lose a character if you don't do their quest in time. In BG I the characters were not smart enough to leave. I wouldn't want to lose a character over it. Korgan's quest just isn't rewarding, for example.
