Through the years there have been many memorable TV ads with 'tag' lines that have entered the lexicon. One that comes to mind for me is:
"That's one spicy meatball". You have any others?

Question Mark

"Dude, you're gettin' a Dell."

"Can you hear me now?"

"It keeps going, and going...."

The Chip monster creature from those old Smith's chips ads, gah thats a blast from the past. All I can remember is this little furry ewok-looking thing running around screaming "Chippy chippy chippy"

"Don't squeeze the Charmin!", which later became:
"Ladies, try squeezing the Charmin!"

"Dishes so clean, they squeek"

"It's not nice to fool with Mother Nature!"

"Ancient Chinese secret, huh?"

"Betcha can't eat just one"

"How about a Hawaiian punch?"

"Honeycomb's big, yeah, yeah yeah. It's not smal, no, no, no..."

Many others....

Oh, I wish I were an Oscar Meyer wiener...

'Cause Oscar Meyer has a way with B-L-O-O-G-N-A

Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed bun...

Yeah, I'm hungry. Or at least in the mood to eat

We have only had TV commercials in Denmark since the mid 80'ies. However even before some cinema commercials where catchy enough to be included in ordinary talking such as
"Der er altid plads til en til, der bruger Rexona" (There is always room for one more who use Rexona) a deodorant commercial. The phrase is used if you have to squeeze the last person into a car, lift and so on.
Other examples of Danish commercials that have made permanent phrases are "Flot, Martin" ("Nice, Martin" - from a diaper commercial) used to mock someone overly proud of themselves and "Prøv den" spoken in a high pitched monotone voice. Also a mockery phrase.
I don't watch commercials anymore - even if I can see them. I am simply immune to them by now. 15 seconds after I have forgotten the content completely. The only recent commercial I can remember is a commercial for fish.
