Does any one remember the old amiga AD&D Games such as Dark Queen of Krynn and Eye of the Beholder?

If so does anyone know where I can download them?. They dont have to be PC versions versions, versions for any system will do and any game so long as it is D&D thanx

I had an Amiga, and my first computer D&D game was Champions of Krynn. It rocked!

You can purchase an 'AD&D Collection' by Interplay, it has ALL of the Eye of the Beholders, and many Goldbox games, and I THINK Menzo and a BG1 demo.

PS: To those that posted links to PIRATED software--no more warnings, abandonware is not legal. It's a 'nice' word for piracy.

As LONG as the game is still being sold, it's not abandonware. BUT, games like Bards Tale or something, MAYBE it's okay. (I forget the copyright laws at the moment)

That would be the Forgotten Realms Archives Silver Edition Boxed set.
I has in it...
Eye of the Beholder
Eye of the Beholder II
Eye of the Beholder III
Pools of Radiance
Curse of the Azure Bonds
Secret of the Silver Blades
Pools of Darkness
Gateway to the Savage Frontier
Treasures of the Savage Frontier
Hillsfar
Dungeon Hack
Menzoberranzan
Blood and Magic
Baldur's Gate Demo

That pretty much covers it. The set isn't expensive and if you liked any of those games I would buy it. Just because it encourages game companies to put out more of these sets. I have heard something about a gold edition of these games coming out but, am not sure what exactly that entails. Ziroc might know.

I got it for $9.99 (US) at Electronics Boutique last week.

You could certainly do worse.

Funny - I thought I had played all the old AD&D CRPG's - but I've never heard of Blood and Magic !!

What sort of game was it? Was it any good?

Blood and magic was a command and conqouer style game and was total and utter pants, you just hand to do the same thing over and over again every just like the one before. It was ment to have some kind of muilty player but I think you had to complete it to get it working.

Hehe, at the moment, I play the Krynn trilogy, since I have only my old p100 notebook here available. But anyway, the games do a lot of fun, even now. But I am looking forward getting back to Germany and my desktop computer and start another round of BG1 (till the end in ToB).
At www.gamefaqs.com you can even find walkthru's to all of this games.

Ah, and for the Krynn-series: There was a box available with all 3 games (Champions, Deathknights and Darkqueen of Krynn).

thanx that helps I am going to have to look out for that Forgotten Realms Archives Silver Edition Boxed set.

I've not seen any sign of it over here in the UK though

As for Pools of Darkness that was my first AD&D game it was excellent
also I never knew dark queen of krynn was part of a trilogy I will have to look out for all of them
