Holy crap!!!!!

The Nintendo Revolution will be a tiny, sleek console that sits horizontally, according to a New York Times story.

The next Nintendo console will be no more than three DVD cases tall, or about an inch. The console will feature wireless conrollers, online play, play standard DVD movies and use the format to play a “new class of high-definition games.” It will also play GameCube, that’s right it’s backwards compatible.

It sounds like we will all be getting more details at E3. Let the carnival of information overload begin.

I want it. I want it now. Who wants to join me in infiltrating Nintendo HQ and stealing the prototype and playing it?

I absolutely love Nintendo. There is no greater synonym for superior perfection.

All though backwards compatibility rocks, it will be sad to retire the GameCube. I'll still have to use it for the gameboy player though so it won't be totally useless unless they release a player for the Revolution.

Another thing I think that the Revolution and the DS will play great together wirelessly. I hope they take full advantage of that.

I hope they keep the name Revolution, I like it.
