I am off to bed this time. No, really.
I have had about 20 hours sleep in the last 6 days. It's not even the weekend yet

I'm trained for 4 hours for every 20 hours. With a full 8 hr break every 96 hours. In a low stress environment I can weeks with 4 hours daily. High stress, I kinda dwindle down and need closer to 4.5 hours with a 10 hr break every 96.

I need 8 hours of sleep a day... and about 10 at night...

I usually get 6-7 at night... but sometimes I get "Insomnia" and sleep 2-3 a night... then I simply always feel tired but can't sleep anyway... hate it...

I sleep in cycles. First I sleep so little that I become feverish, then I sleep so much I get dehydrated, then finally, finally, I get one good night sleep and repeat the process.

Like Downunda, I get about 6-7 usually but prefer the 7-8 if it's possible. Usually feel a bit tired when I get less than 7 hrs sleep a night.

Epona! Is that a monitor dent in your face? Ack! Ugh...only four hour sleep last night? How do you manage?! Ok Ok, I'm an old fogie, I guess, but on four hours sleep, I'm such a zombie! You youngins'll wear me out just talking about it!

Seriously, though, I think I saw an article or one of those 'newsy' shows last year that talked about some study done in the US that showed most of us Yanks don't get enough sleep and it was scary how many 'half asleep' drivers there were out there! It would be interesting to see if similar studies were done in other countries, how we'd all compare on the sleep charts!

I think 4 hours sleep is more than enough if u stay up till 6am. When you stay up that late/early you, well I, am Ok and barely need sleep, the worst time for me seems to be around 2-3a.m.

Anyways I usually have about 7 hours during the week and as long as I want on a sunday, although Im always up before mid day, usually no later than 11.

Weekdays 4-5 hrs. 2 or 3am to 7am

Weekends 6-9 hrs.

Feel fine today. Kinda getting over a funk of a cold I've had. Less coughing today.
