Hey ladyzekke, have you tried an infrared-lamp (for your ears)? I always use it when I got ear problems and it helps a lot. Just give every ear an 'infrared treatment' for about 15-20 min twice a day.
If you got a clogged nose use it 20 min twice a day (to your face of course).

After all, if it doesn't get better after about 5-7 days go and see a doctor! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Edit: Important! Don't go out in the cold for about an hour after using the IR lamp or your ears/nose problem will get much worse.

It depends what sort and dosage you take though. My brother, mother and I take one all the time; it wouldn't be effective if we didn't. I'd ask your doctor or pharmacist, Vaskez, what they'd recommend [img]smile.gif[/img]
