New ToB Patch is Out

I know this is the SoA forum, but many ppl (like me) have ToB but are still going thru' SoA.
Besides, from the list of fixes, it says that the Jaheira romance is fixed (with thanks to Kevin Dorner, aka Baldurdash ).

Does this TOB patch include the SOA patch fixes, Or do I need to install both?

With the questionable quality of the patches, I'm not about to risk another patch on it. I mean, so far, all I've seen is the elimination of some bugs and the opening the doors to a great many new ones.
