well if you just want to get technical, your sig is not only 14 pixels too high, it also has 4 images in it. and since the limit is 2, your technically breaking 2 rules at one time.

Everyone else has little smillies in their sig with the picture . But I'll just wait for a mod. He or she will know.

That's true. Dizzy is a good example. Would be good to have an official mod ruling on it, as it IS breaking the 'maximum of two images' rule.
I think Slackerboy has the right of it...

Not so much a ruling, as general advice......

The way I would like people to construct their sigs is to have ONE image which conforms to the size rules in the "Rules and Regulations" This is fairly clear.

Where confusion arises is in the use of multiple smilies and lines of text as adjuncts to a main sig image. A strict interpretation of the rules would define such additional smilies as images and therefore restrict their use in sigs. However, we like to think of you as (generally) sensible folk and don't strictly enforce this rule.

However, please remember often "Less is more" As a general rule of thumb, take a look at your sigs - do you really need 10 lines of text, a couple of quotations and several smilies to make your point? Or does it just look cluttered and untidy?

My advice - go for the mean, lean look - you know it makes sense

Goulum, 14 pixels is 14 pixels! I always make sure to put images in proportion no matter what it does to the picture. You really should change it. As for the smilies... i think that deserves a ruling...

what do you think mods? I've seen folks with sigs that have up to 8 images in them, i'm not naming any names because i'm sure you know who they are, but they're tiny things... still... wasn't it ruled that 2 was the maximum?

so is my sig bad or not? beacause I ASKED one of the mods when we were shortening the sigs, and they said it looked fine.
