I can not find Raskalion in the Stout Mines and I so do want to kill him. Any help on how to get to where he is would be greatly appreciated.

Getting to Raskalion is a lot of work. Non-spoiler: both trolley switches have to used; he's in the far south; use east trolley; use eastern track then western track.
