Quest given by 2nd town Magic Guild. I feel he must be on the second map but I cant find him and I dont want to leave the area until I do !

I think I found him beyond beyond the lake NE of the Shurugon Castle. Near the dead Stout & treasure chest. Hope this helps. Good luck.
