So, you're getting it, then? Cool, have fun, it's a nice CD...

But hey, why don't you get a Rammstein CD too? I mean, come on, if you like Evanescence, Rammstein'll be the perfect fit for you!

I like Evanescence. I've had a the CD since a little while after it came out and have listened to it a lot. It's nice to listen to on occasion and I still enjoy it quite a bit.

Rammstein? mmm I've heard a few run in the background of a radio talkshow and I liked what I heard.

ewww, how could you compare wannabe Avril Lavigne or whatever she calls herself to Amy Lee? Shame!

I think the CD is great, all the songs are excellent...except for #8 or something, that slow one, I dun like it that much.

Theres a new song out by Seether off the Punisher soundtrack called Broken that features Amy Lee. It's really good

Amen brother. I love Twista. None of that Evanescence crap music for me.

What, you mean the lame Linkin Park-with-female-gothic-like-ish-vocals-just-to-get-more-credibility abomination? Heard it for the first time when it was still supposed to be "underground", but it was just a way too obvious attempt at being hip, at trying to appeal adolescents all over the world to get major chart success - at first I didn't even know why the underground radio station was broadcasting it; figured it had to be a parody of some sorts, with the overly cheesy elements that were used in it and all. Also noticed that other Evanescence songs are quite different from Bring me back to life, which leads me to suspect that the record company had a more than average hand in changing the original demo into the way too simplistic Linkin Park-inspired monstrocity it eventually turned out to be, just to guarantee instant chart success and jumpstarting their career.
I'm not saying it's a bad song per se, I might have liked it myself if I was 5, 6 years younger - but it's far from brilliant, and very, very cheap.

I don't mind evanescence, although they are overrated, they're not all that bad.

If you like them, check out lacuna coil or the gathering. Not quite the same thing, but a lot better.

If you like Evanescence, you should try Lacuna Coil. Same stuff, only without the crappy commercialism and corny nu-metal tunes. Waaaaay better singer too.

Edit: Ack! LOL, Lethoso beat me to it (long time no see mate! )
Yeah, the Gathering's cool too!

No idea where you got that idea from, but I couldn't care less about Linkin Park either.
