*KDog watches Relic's humorous display with a smile. Lighting the cigarette from Zeeke, he realizes that what's missing is a song. Reaching into his pack, he pulls out a mandolin and begins playing a sweet, yet sorrowful tune quitely from his chair. It is a song that seems to at once be in pain, but looking toward tomorrow, when life will begin anew, with the bright sun shining once again in life. Somewhere along the way, he realizes that he is smiling*

*bilqis walks over to sit near KD in the hopes that her friendly presence will comfort him in his sadness, knowing that her words would lack the comfort that only his Lady Charean can give him at this time. She pulls Zeeke over near KD also, knowing that their long friendship can only help KD at this time.*

The old Kensai cocks his head, the melodious tunes strummed by the wizard of a Bard Kdog, bringing a smile to his scarred stubbly face, and he nods in appreciation..

*Willingly moves over to his friend and companion, giving him a look that can only mean he understands the pain he feels now, and the joy that will be soon to come.*

Mischievously contemplates the possibility that he could figure out another way to make his weary friend Kdog smile

*in his own world, he suddenly realizes that he has an audience. Altering the tune only slightly, it becomes a forgotten tune from their youths, something that even the battered, old kensai can regognize. Though no one can quite put their finger to it, they are soon all smiling with him. "This is my calling" he thinks to himself, "This is what I was destined to do" and continues to play*

LofA peeks in, sees Relic, and pilfers his roofers nailbags from his horse/wagon and tacks them down with a few nails to the roof of the Inn. Then nonchalantly saunters into the Inn and takes his post. Drinks are on Gray Mages tab, lets party!
