I have never seen a spell for them or even seen them. How ever I will asume they exist for 2 reasons:

1. You got the old Roman elements Earth, Fire and Wind. Yuo need water to complete the list.

2. I sure it says on the description on the horrid wilting spell that it works great on water elementals.

So are they in the game. Can you conjour them ? If you learn the abilit from a scroll where is it ?

I don't believe that they are included in the BG series to this point. Not sure why though... Haven't ever come across one.

Yah. I know...it also says that Wave destroys water elementals instantly, but I'm just saying that I haven't seen one in the BG2 series. May be in the game, but I haven't come across one. It might be that they were a victim of schedule like the Wild Mage kit was (i.e. intended to be included, but ran out of time before the game was to be published and released).
