I looked for in some FAQs, but none informs which itens is necessary to make special weapons and armors.
If somebody to know about this, I will appreciate.

Most "ingredients" for weapons and armors are pretty obvious: a hilt of a sword, a group of dragon scales, a bow string. As for specials, I seem to recall that a few very expensive stones fit into that category: bejuril and diamond, to name two.

silver sword blade, silver sword hilt: silver sword (decent 2handed sword)

wave shaft, wave blade: the wave (decent halberd)

hilt, blade and pommel jewel of the equalizer: equalizer (decent long sword)

gesen bow shaft and string: gesen bow (very good short bow)

red dragon scales: red dragon plate (excellent plate mail)

shadow dragon scales: (shadow dragon scale (excellent leather armour)

ankheg shell: ankheg plate (poor plate armour)

The Ankheg Plate WAS good until they decided it couldn't be worn by Druids. I think Fighter/Druids can still wear it, though, but then they can wear everything, can't they?

But the Ankheg Plate is usable by druids. One of my fake-multiplayer-party-members in the game I'm playing at this very moment is an Avenger, and she's wearing it as we speak.

Shapeshifters probably can't wear it, but that's because they can't wear any armor.

But depends of the speciality, the shapeshifter can't wear armor, but if is dual class to mage he uses the robes.

lol, Ankheg armour isn't that bad. Its good for weaker fighter characters (that for some reason don't have at least 18/80 strength...). Actually, it isn't half as useful as it was in BG1, since half the NPC fighters stank to high heaven.
