How come my 18 str, 3 feats longsword, dual-wielding scimitar and longsword drow under effect of bulls strength to 23 gets a -3 to proficiency on both weapons?
his bonus is now only 15 on first attack and 9 on second, could this be correct? i can understand my mage getting -4 on returning dart without correct abilities but my fighter specialising in it? i'll try a re-patch and be back in a couple of mins, but if anyone has any suggestions please, any input is welcome

There are heavy penalties for using two weapons unless the character has both the ambidexterity and dual-wield feats. Also, the offhand weapon has to be light, which in this case means a dagger or short sword. So yeah, the penalty sounds about right for your guy.

alright, thanks. i have all feats necessary, but didn't realise the light weapon thing...are there any light scimitars in the game? =), ooh well, better get some +2 short sword now then, thanks mate

i always take a level of ranger if I am playing a barbarian or a rogue, because they can get the dual-weild feat.

yup, forgot to do that this time tho
 and since my char is drow that means i would've lost 3 lvls as a fighter in maxing him out...but anywway is 2 feats alot? and where is that dalekeeper website?
