Place your portraits into the portrait folder. You can find the portrait folder within your Icewind Dale game folder.

Your portraits need to have a specific format. If in any doubt, take one of the common downloadable portraits (such as those add-on ones), make a copy, then cut and paste YOUR image into the copy. This should make sure the size and format is correct.
I believe your portraits should also have no more than 8 characters in their filename, though I may be wrong. |

In my folder of Icewind Dale I have the following folders:cache, CD2, characters, Data, mpsave, Music, Override, Scripts, Sounds, temp and tempsave.
Have I to create the folder portraits? |

Yes. You have to create the "Portraits" folder.

I have a problem.
Already I have created the folder, have download Raist's image of the page of ironworks gaming and have placed it in the folder "portraits", but when i try to put it to my wizard, appears the word "thumbs" where the images should be. What can I do? [ 07-04-2006, 02:39 PM: Message edited by: Scawn Windwalker ] |
