at last i found 20000 golds for the informations of Ioamen but i can't find Bayle anywhere in the slum? isn't his house suppose to be north east of the town? i went in and no one was in there. the kid told me i would get a sweeter deal when i come to see him, can anyone help plz?

Have Brus, Gaelan's nephew, found and talked to you yet? After you have 15 000, he should come to you and say that Gaelan wants to see you. If he havent, then it's not sure that Gaelan is in his house.
