Where are the flail heads?

Where is the cold flail head in Nalia's keep? I know I found it the first time I played through the game, but this time I spent like a half an hour searching for it and couldn't find it, where is it? I know it is probably right under my nose. Also, when looking for Reijeks flesh clothing in Shadowkeeper (Its not there for some reason), because I misplaced it somewhere, I noticed more flail heads. Does anyone know where they are, or are they just Shadowkeeper items or something? Thanks

one head is really close to the forge, another one on Glacias (I think that's his name) and the last one (fire I think) in a statues, guarded by golems.

Ya, I thought the third one was close to the foge, but I cant find it for my life, I will check again I guess. Anyone know about the other heads I mentioned also?

Try looking for a hidden door in the north wall. (right side of room, near the chest). It leads to another room. Check the statues there.

Two more flail heads are not available in SoA - you can find them in TOB. Acid head and electricity one .
