The way i kill dragons is attack with a ranger with boots of speed and run around with cloak mirroring. And have edwin and jan cast spells at him.

Oh okay, I haven't played the game properly since February, but when I did, (this was for Firkraag) I had my solo half-orc barbarian summon an air elemental with the staff of air, summon kithix and summon a berserk warrior. Then drank a potion of frost giant strength and cast call upon holy might and had 25 strength. I then proceeded to pound Firkraag into the ground with my halberd.

bow down to me now! I have defeated a dragon! Bow down!

There are times when a different approach is needed. I don't advicate as soon as you find a boss, run over to ironworks and get the best way to beat it, then run back and slay anything. I do, however, think it is a good idea if you are having trouble with someone or something, to come here and get that push in the right direction. Or if you missed where part of the Vorpal Blade is, have someone tell you where it was that you missed it.

I did think that dragon was one of the easier due to having a party of high level.
