i got my website up, but how do make links to folders u want to put on
a site? i got some cool soundsets and i wanna put em on but dont know how! help?

Get out a HTML textbook and look up HREF tags.
Upload the file to your webspace, probably using a FTP program of some description, and include a HREF tag pointing to the file on your website. If your using a WYSIWYG editor it more than probably has a wizard or something to help you do this, so have a look through the help files for it as well.
