Spoiler needed: Third dragon shard

Can anyone tell me what the location of the three dragon shards are in Dragon Spire? I've looked all over the place and only found two. The first I forget where I found it. The second I found behind the teeth that the Earth spirit helps you out with. I've placed them in the shield on the wall. Unfortunately, after (seemingly) searching all over the place, I can't find the last shard. I must have missed some set of tunnels, but I just can't find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1 behind the 2 boulders
1 in the spider nest area (maze like area, sort of)
1 in the hidden ravine - this is the area where there is a steep pathway with lava on one side. Beyond the lava is a chest, you can get to it by jumping off the pathway or, if you have lavawalk, just walking there and sometimes you can even just walk along the edge without using lavawalk.

Just to add to Wyv's post.. if I remember correctly, there are TWO different spider/maze type areas (reminded me of tic-tac-toe).. and the chest with the shard is in the second (further on in the caves) area of this type. The chest was to the north, and (furthest) right point you can go... marked here by @ (don't know how this will look once posted.)

The locations are :
1) In a chest near a giant scorpion - one of the earliest places you visit by following caves after you do the dive and swim across against the current bit.
2) Behind the boulders - swim down below the Colacanth (or whatever) and get to the earth spirit who gives you the divine sigil.
3) In the 2nd spider lair - you get to this via the other exit from the Colacanth pool (ie other above water one) - you have to jump some lava bridges before you get to the maze.
