LOL Nanobyte, I was thinking of saying that! Guys, wait until you have to WORK for a living! For YEARS! Without END!

These youngsters don't know when they've got it good. And in my day, music had a melody and lyrics you could sing along to *jabs walking stick*

Try writing extended free-range essays on early 20th century literature. Fun for the whole family trying to pacify you while you go into a reading-induced rabid state.

EDIT: And for God's sake you should realise that if you actually DID get down to doing the work you have more than enough time to finish it. It only SEEMS like a whole lot but it really tends to go by when you start working through it.

It's Ziroc's cat, and he's the webmaster so... Come on guys, you'd be lying if you said you didn't complain about middle school when you were *in* it. Sure highschool and college are tougher but they haven't gotten there yet. Be prepared to complain about those too.

My problem with middle school didn't have anything to do w/ homework but the fact that i was 13 and so was everyone else. Plus my town was incredibly stupid in how they ran middle school.
High school isn't so bad, just pick your classes smartly.
College is hard. My government class is insane.(about 200-300 pg of reading a week and plus the research i have to do for my 10 pg paper on why nato has persistated after the end of the cold war) plus i have to read and write about Two Memoirs of Renaissance Florence. Sounds Exciting huh?

Middle school was easy (well,I was in art class,so most of my "studying" was drawing or painting).
And soon High school is over too! only 50 schooldays left! Plus final exams of course. But then the real studying starts in university...sigh.
Try hang in there middle schoolers! Maybe I should try to make you feel better by saying... IT IS GOING TO GET LOT WORSE!!!!!

hah... you think that's weird... Man... in 6th grade they just up and skipped middle school for my grade and put us with the high schoolers, and we had a principal who liked punnishing by putting kids in the Navy brig with actual military misconductees and i was sent there thrice in a single year! and that for GETTING beat up by the other kids

Though to be honest, life is too short to worry about asignments and grades, do them, do them to the best of your ability and ignore everything else in life but the goals you hope to reach!

Your principal sounds like a man who has something wrong in the head.

I agree to your thought about life being too short...and so on...
