Ok I installed the game and checked. had a paladin dual to conjurer and tried. he indeed could learn all opposition spells (although he could NOT cast them from scrolls). so apparantly Dragonshadow's answer is also correct.

the answer I meant was to take one level of sorceror. since a sorceror can cast all spells the game will allow the wizard to copy all spells to his spellbook (and cast them from scrolls too).

What can transmuters do that noone esle can? (And I am not talking about spells)

Ok my mistake its underdark drider lair and not de [img]graemlins/blush.gif[/img] ...

with a transmuter you can convince imprahili peacefully to allow you to use her lab in the near the drider lair in underdark. you can then use the lab to create potions and... *stuff*

Balintherlas - anyone with a high enough something or other (alchemy I think) can do atht. Nice try though.
