You can use Shadowkeeper to remake you´re IWD character and then import it in BG2.

On the loading screen it shows those quick tip things and says you can.

I have heard that if you´ll import you´re BG2 character into NWN, you will lose some of you´re experience points.

I am not sure about this but I thought they said that you will start from scratch if you import from BG2 to NWN. Verifications anyone??

I just read an interview with the makers of Throne of Bhaal, the say that you´re level 40 TOB character will lose quit some exp but not all.
