It was buried in silence in IW's Graveyard... next to the Dungeon Siege forum and Pool of Radiance...
Happens to forums that die.

Shhh..... and we are all better for it. Evil, that is, the forums born of malformed games, the stuff wot walks the night in eternal gloom, it is.

Besides, game spy has one good walkthru, which is all you need for this rather linear dungeon crawl. I quit playing before I left Hommlett -- it was that bad. I went back to IWD2.

Never bought it due to bad word of mouth although I really intended to in the beginning.

Not everyone! There are problems with bugs, but the combat is excellent! I'm still playing it and probably will continue to play it in the foreseeable future! Of course, I'm rarely like everyone else, anyway!

Temple Of Elemental Evil. It's a Dungeons and Dragons computer game set in the Greyhawk realm. It uses 3.5 editon rules and turn-based combat. It was created by Troika.
