Pfft. Six was right. I didn't even bother replying to that one, even to tell him why I wouldn't be giving him advice. There are a lot of knowledgable people on that board. Check the number of knowledgable replies he recieved. It was either tell him to knock it off upfront or have him continue posting in that foolish manner, annoying everyone. His losing his temper only proves Six right, wouldn't you agree?

I found it very amusing how quickly the guy went from trying (and failing) to "be cool" to losing his cool.

I'm of the opinion it's someone who didn't like Six to begin with. Others were being just as intolerant of his "rap jive crap" but he didn't go off on *them*.

Sixes, dear, I do believe you have a...*dramatic chord*...mortal enemy.

Oh I'm sure he's got more than one..

You can't stand in the spotlight as the all knowing one and not have people clawing at your ankles trying to get some of the limelight..

Personaly, I've been on both end's of the scale. (I feel like I'm breaking my back to become a name around here and failing because of the guru's, but on my "Home" forum I was alway's being talked about or asked advice, I didn't always have the anwser, but I could always find it... I miss them days)

Still looking back it's funny, in that he was just trying so hard to be "cool" that he ended up looking the fool, and when somone put a mirror up before him he snapped.. So funny, yet pathetic..

There are happy funny ones, but pathetic is more funny because it makes us feel good about ourselves.. Makes us feel like we're good and intelligent people.

*Watches thread grind to a halt*

My work here is done.

It helps to remember that, even though people don't talk about you, there *are* people who take notice of, well, pretty much anything.

Keep that in mind.

(If I have a Mortal Enemy or two, does that elevate my status any? Because that's kind of cool.)

Of course it does!

Having at least *one* mortal enemy is the epitome of internet posting.

Do you know how much effort it takes to *attract* a psycho who actually hangs on every word you say? Albiet, it's because they *hate* you, but STILL! It means you've come up in the world to garner that kind of attention.

I still think it's a regular poster laughing his butt off at the big stink we all made over him.

My mortal enemy's a Pie Vendor called "SexyEarl 3000" who visits the "Home and Leisure" forum on the ITV site on a regular basis...

One day he and I will settle the score once and for all...

MINCE PIE, NOT STEAK AND KIDNEY!!!!

The 'Yo Dizzle' post doesn't strike me as funny. He posts a question in an unorthodox manner, is given only a rude hint that his is not the right way on this forum, some flaming and some actual answering takes place and then Six goes and, although having a point, completely talks down on him in a patronizing way and people cheer on him for it. Then offcourse he signs for his own ban, and people get all excited about the fact that someone is going to banned for his behaviour. This feels more uneasy than it does funny.
