I know what you mean, but I don't think they've had time. I'm not sure where things are vis-a-vis that news story; I'm sure more will come out in the next several days.

Ramble any time you like, Azred. That's what the thread is for.

LB, I think most US schools had some kind of remembrance ceremony today.

Well, this horrible day is almost over, thank God. I've got to go, everyone, Galadria is too upset to cook tonight, so I'm cooking hamburgers. I've been proud to be an Ironworks Member, today. Thank God for you, and may he bless you all.

My campus had events of rememberance but I missed them all.
I left my bedroom window open last night and the temperature dropped enough for me to have a nightmare about being unable to breathe before waking up with a good case of bronchitis at about 2 a.m.
After a few hours of coughing up watery fluid and regaining the ability to breathe again, I collapsed in exhaustion and slept through my alarm and my first three classes. My fourth class was already slated to be cancelled so that we could participate in the memorial events that would be taking place so I didn't bother going onto campus at all.

Poor Moni. I hope you feel better now!

TJ's school, like many schools in America, didn't do anything special for today, except have a "red, white, and blue day" for clothing. No special talks, no films, no footage, etc. This was a mistake, I think. No, I'm not saying "cram it down their throat" but this is history and children should be allowed to experience it. I let TJ watch all sorts of news shows and answered his questions honestly.

I am feeling better tonight Azred, thank you.

I think its great that you walked TJ through the events of today.
What a good dad.

I think I am off to bed here in a couple. I don't have any early classes tomorrow but I am a bit worn out after being sick all morning and spending a lot of my afternoon/early evening time cleaning house.
