I side with Radek and Lionheart (and WillowIX). I think the exorcism spell also cures "twisted master" cast on an enemy.

how and why. Was fighting the Dark one in
the Shrine and when the fight was over it
was gone. Beats me were it went. Was sure
glad to get it off my hands so this party
member could get back to making his Dragon
Arrows. Thanks for all the help guys. Does
any know were Fang went to. Any idea ???

I wonder if you were far enough away, and it was treated as a thrown weapon? That's the only thing that I can think of that would make it disappear during a battle (well, that and having its final charge used, like a wand).

If it did get thrown, you should still be able to pick it up afterwards, if you can find it. I'm not sure if it's a permanent item, one that stays around even after you leave the map; if not, it might be gone for good.

Glad that it's off your hands. Hope you got quest credit first

Could it perhaps have broken? Do weapons disappear when broken? I always try to mend my weapons before that happens...

That could be it too! I recall someone saying they lost the Sword of Argus because they hadn't paid attention, and it broke.

Hmmm... another way to lose a cursed item

Yes they do break. Does anybody recall whether the fang was an unbreakable weapon or not?

I don't remember what the % for it's
damage was. This is my third time for
going through the game and the first
time in finding Fang. When i checked
Fang to identify it it said nothing about
a curse but it sure was there and i am glad
to be rid of it. I have seen most items
when identified say if they are cursed or
not. Live and learn. In this third time
it is also the first for seeing and fighting
a red Dragon. I will save more now and be
a lot more careful with strong weapons
that i find. W&W is very habbit forming.

Then that is to say that if Lionheart "tinks it's every 30 seconds or so" then you would "plun'dr it's every 30 seconds or so", Moiraine? You plun'dr you.
