there should be an option "degauss" or a U with a line through it, in your screen options or as a button.

or you could try (as stormey said) getting a magnet and fixing it, although... that's riskey it can make it a lot worse, but hey i've got a new moniter now.

hahahaha,
i'm reminded of when me and a friend went over to another friend's house to get a magnet for a physics project, and put it on his moniter.
haha, that magnet was from an old subwoofer, and it's diameter was wider than the screen! it was so good, and his screen is still messed up from that, i know i laughed.
