Shadowkeeper help dual class

I am trying to create a dual class character through shadowkeeper. I want my Kensai to have thieving abiblities. Just a low level thief class would be great. Just enough to get the abilities so I can increase them through shadowkeeper. I figure if I could dual class with a thief it would work. Several issues:

1. Shadowkeeper multiclasses my character unless he is already dual class.

2. When I dual class my Kensai in the game to a thief, I cannot switch the two classes in shadowkeeper so I can continue to gain XP in my Kensai class.

3. I cannot dual class my character in the dungeon when I start the game. I don't particularly want to go through the dungeon as a thief.

Any help at all would be appreciative.

Try this - I'm pretty sure it should work...

- create a Human Thief with at least 17 in Str & Dex

- start the game

- immediately Dual to Fighter

- save your game

- open the SaveGame in ShadowKeeper

- go to the Characteristics tab &, under Kit, select Kensai

- go to the Thieving tab & set your Thief skills to whatever you want them to be

- save the file, go back to the game, & Load it

You should now have a Thief->Kensai Dual.
