My F/M/C was beginning to get HLAs, but I didn't notice any Mage HLAs in the choice menu, so I leveled up as high as I could go (by cheating) and still can't get any! The Fighter and Cleric ones are all there, where are my Mage HLAs?!

That's a bug--BaldurDash fixes it. It started when BioWare said, "Hey, tripleclassed Mages will never hit 9th level spells, so we can just forget about giving them the Mage HLAs, as they'll never be able to cast them anyway." But they overlooked the fact that F/C/Ms and F/T/Ms should still have uses for Extra 6th Level Spell, Extra 7th Level Spell, and Extra 8th Level Spell.
