If I use HeartSeeker+3 and arrow+2, does that count as a +2 weapon or +3 weapon?
arrow of piercing has +4Thaco, so does it count as +4 weapon? |

Your bonus damage is whatever the arrow is, your thaco is only affected by the bow. Your arrow counts as a +2 weapon.
