I am watching JL at the moment. Have you seen it? The show talks about Parkour/Free Running. The sport was created by David Belle and Sebastien Foucan. If you would like to learn more about Parkour visit:

I watched it (and Jump Britain, the one after that) where Sebastien Foucan, and some people from UrbanFreeFlow, go jumping over famous British monuments.

They are also designing a Parkour Video Game, looked really cool.

I myself attempted Parkour, but then the bad weather hit England (Lots of rain, wind, etc.) so I have to wait for the better weather.

I watched Jump Britain yesterday. And it rocked. I really like Sebastien and his character.
