Body Parts??

I found the coffin of the DemiLich and I need help finding the body parts for hes completion (Spoiler).

One is in the unseeing eye quest sewer, in the coffin the blind guys ask you not to open. If you haven't done that quest yet, you won't know what I mean, but it'll be obvious once you go there so I won't explain any further. The other part is in a house in the bridge district. Up the far end from where you start there's a two story house with two doors. Go through the door on the side of the house (not the one facing the water) and go downstairs.

Okay it's up the passage that leads to the downstairs area with the diseased people. You would have talked to some blind people who wanted you to get the rod half to defeat the beholder, right? Well the coffin is right there in that room!!!

yeah, that is quite the mistake. i mean, it's a plausible decision that can be made, but you never end up destroying the actual unseeing eye this way, and you won't be rewarded as tremendously as you would have pretending to be one of them.
