- - - - - - - you need a rogue stone in the bridge district lower part of the map. (just below the tanners but above the kidnap quest). you should find a door with a portal-like message. if you have the rogue stone then you can enter already. careful with the door, its trapped. as for getting the rogue stone, i know there are lots in the game. heck i just got 2 in the underdark. i think there is also in windspear hills.

I have a feeling there's a SPECIFIC rogue stone that's especially for the Twisted Rune - it's the one rogue stone that you can't sell to anyone... SHOOT, forgot where I got it - I think from a thief somewhere???...

Any rogue stone will trigger the teleport, but you're better off using the special one as it can't be sold and is useful for nothing else.
