Islington council tonight voted 34-8 in favour of Arsenals proposed new 60,000 seat stadium less 1 mile from Highbury. A vote which secures the clubs 89 year association with the borough.

- does that mean more seats available for overseas fans that can only make it there so very seldom. And is Arsenal still going to the closest tube station (or will it be Islington?)

It means more money year after year so we can buy real defenders and goal keeper that don't score own goals. And maybe just maybe we can buy Zidane one day.

The closest station will be Holloway rd , but there is talk of this being closed on match days due to the lifts not being able to cope. Stations within 5 mins walking distance include ,Arsenal Drayton park & Highbury and Islington.

As for tickets Davros why dont you invest in a season ticket, after all if you use it once in 5 years it's still been a great investment hasn't it?.
You can read all about it on www.arsenal.com

The current capacity is 38,000. This is sold out every game. There are 20,000 on the waiting list for season tickets and 20,000 on the waiting list for the ticket registration scheme. If you are not part of the registration scheme you can't buy tickets.

The nearest station will be Holloway on the Picadilly line. Unfortunately Arsenal station is likely to revert to it's original name of Gillespie Road.

As for tickets for foreigners it can't make it any more difficult can it?

Hmmm, that's right, I seem to remember a figure of 16,000 pounds that you mentioned before. Hmmm, is it really that cheap, or were you just exaggerating before . One thing's for sure - I would love to catch up with you guys again some time and buy you a cider or three .

Not unless they have moved it. The closest prison is Pentonville.
