Hmm, that's because kirith doesn't allow direct linking to images on their server anymore... But instead of just a white square with a red cross or an Angelfire-like logo, you'll get prompted for a password instead. Extremely annoying indeed.

It seems someone took care of that; I see Sir Exxon is mentioning a pic he uploaded at kirith, but the pic or the url to it in his post is removed, so it seems.

Guys, PLEASE do not link images from other people's sites. Not only is it annoying for the rest of us with those pop-up login windows, but that's called "Bandwidth stealing" and it's wrong. Download the image (assuming it's not under copyright) and have it hosted elsewhere. Thanks,

I didnt know it wasnt allowed, I thought it was ok since I was the one who uploaded it at kirith. And I had one purpose with uploading it there, so it would be hosted, so I could post it here. I AM SO SORRY YOU GUYS! see ya! |
