Le bâtiment de la photo est la Place Stanislas, la plus belle place de Nancy (Nancy est la ville où je suis née et où j'ai passé mon enfance).

Did you catch that ?
Oui , Merci Madame, mais j'ai du (? past particple of devoir?) chercher "enfance", j'ai deviné c'etais comme "enfant".

Best ask Madame Moiraine as she's a native speaker.

I'd only tell you the wrong words.

Vous ne vous débrouillez pas mal du tout en Français, doux Sire !
("Doux Sire" is a Middle-Age French expression - nobody talks like that anymore !)

"Dû" (participe passé du verbe 'devoir') s'écrit avec un accent circonflexe ('ˆ').

Um having a little trouble with this one, even my dictionary can't help, I work this out to

"You don't clear yourself up badly over all in French, good Sir"

If thats what you meant....

Je suis tres desole mais je n'ai pas des accent sur mon clavier (got this from the dictionary I bet its a piano keyboard ). Je dois "cut and paste".

Oh, and we don't eat egg(s) for breakfast ! We don't eat anything salty at breakfast anyway - we eat bread, grilled or not, with butter and/or jam, or croissants (on good days, when hubby is ready to go out to the pastry buy them ) and 'pains au chocolat' (a croissant with a chocolate bar inside). And we drink coffee or tea or hot chocolate with all that.

I'm only teasing, I'm sure not all Swedish movies are of that variety, you'd all eventually get bored if thats all you watched, in the meantime however..
