In the first game I played I did not use enchanted weapons. (Not even those found in the game (+2 swords, etc.)).
And as to the hurled weapons they all too often crash the game.

I am not sure about the technical definition. The game just shuts down and I return to the Windows desktop screen.
It happens often when i use a hurled weapon. Most often when I use Kraokendon, but I believe that is just because that is the hurled weapon I use most.

hurling weapons can be irritating when u miss an opponent and the hurled weapon juz keeps flying on and on till it hits something, and running after it to "recycle" hurling weapons is really tiresome!

Aside from fire bombs and acid bombs, I tend not to use thrown or ranged weapons. They're so messy... and from a distance, magic is better.

-------------------------------------------------------------------- GRRRRR! I swear I'm going to find a way to make that game of yours hard, Willow! What about playing through the game with only Bo Sticks (no enchantments allowed) or Clubs. Primitive Bows?!? There MUST be someway to make it hard..... Only throwing weapons? No items allowed at all? What about only using cursed items? Not bad enough... GRRRRR! Must.... be.... some... way... to... make your... game... hard... Ideas... anyone...? Moiraine Sedai [ 09-25-2003, 04:43 AM: Message edited by: moiraine sedai ]

moiraine sedai!
I tried pixie female rogue! That or what was difficult! You can't join in guild in Valeia and don't have much HP! I getted killed my Morguls when I first leaved the town. But still after long reloading session I managed to survive from the crypt! I just run it trought and get Signet to pass trought the Oracles. I didn't visit in Toad village nor any other place cause I dind't have to... It's worth to try if you don't have anything better to do in two weeks. It surely need lot's of coffee and nerves! I've easily completed the game with one zenmaster... a party of four of them can't be made difficult. Unless you use the character editor to drop down all of their stats...

I have got an idea for making such a game harder: One has to play blindfolded and may only navigate via sound input.
