Check out Italian cuisine: there are hundreds of recipes for great quiches, stews with various ingredients (all kind of vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, leek, you name it, variations of onions ; all kind of pasta) as well as gratins (with potatoes). Cheeses you can use as topping as well as spices (esp. the strong-flavoured French and Italians ones like Gorgonzola). All in all 3 out of 4 of my favourite dishes are to be prepared in the oven.

OK, take some boneless porkchops, drop em in a casserole dish, pour in Teriyaki Sauce, Soy Sauce and a dab of Worsteshire. PS-can get expensive, as it is best if you have the chops literally swimming in the sauces. Add a couple of tablespoons of water into the mix (cause if you don't, the sauces evaporate and burn up, keep an eye on it). Cook at 350 for two hours (or more, depending on the thickness of the chops, and how many you are cooking). Trust me, turns out quite tasty, again, you have to dump on as much of the three above ingredients as you can, makes a difference.
