Need a chuckle? I found this little news item today. Talk about leaving your calling card!
---------------------------------------------------------------- Police: Suspect left teeth at crime scene Associated Press Last updated: 10:45 p.m., Sunday, February 6, 2005 STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Police used dental records to identify a man who broke into a cafeteria in southern Sweden -- the suspect left his false teeth with his social security number engraved in them at the scene of the crime. The 43-year-old man admitted to breaking into a hospital cafeteria in Karlshamn, 370 miles south of Stockholm, after being presented with the evidence, the newspaper Kristianstadsbladet said Sunday. The man told the police he left the cafeteria in a hurry after failing to find anything of any value and dropped the teeth while fleeing the building. The judge who ordered the man's detention was not available for comment Sunday. [ 02-07-2005, 10:02 AM: Message edited by: Cloudbringer ]

False teeth at 43? The guy needs to learn oral hygiene as well as how to commit a crime without leaving no-brainer evidence behind.

I was wondering about why he'd take them out too! Maybe he found a sweet roll that was too tough? HAHA!
Aerich, yup, he needs 'how NOT to leave the perfect evidence behind' lessons!

Pretty funny! It takes all kinds doesn't it?
Aerich, In his office laughing - Please don't assume that all people with false teeth have them because they don't practice good oral hygiene. I know two people personally who have dentures (one full set, another partials) who got them because they lost their teeth in automobile accidents. Lots of reasons why people end up losing teeth really. Look at hockey LOL. Wayne Gretzky's pearly whites? Fake. Most inmates (at least in the U.S) have access to free dental work too so they can opt for dentures as opposed to extended dental work or just for the sake of "never having to go to the dentist again" (a lot of them don't really grasp the fact that as they get older their gums shrink and a well-fitting set of dentures isn't going to fit the same twenty years down the road). So chances are if this nit-wit is a career criminal rather than face fillings and/or root canals for the rest of his life, he was given extractions and made dentures c/o the government that had him incarcerated.

Did he not notice? Did he not think that something seemed to be missing, and he'd better go back to retrieve it. I mean, his teeth! It's hardly something you easily forget and leave behind.

Well, it wasn't the perfect evidence. At least he wasn't one of those morons who leave their wallet behind.
