does anyone know where I could find some software for generating music? I feel like generating some music in the style of Castlevania or something, you know, symphony type music?

you mean like those midi players where you input the notes and they make the tones? i dont know but im sure there is somewhere. try download.com if you want.

I used to have a piano software, the keys where on the screen. is that what you are looking for? if so, let me see if I still have it, so I can get you the name I do not have it, but try this link, maight have what you are looking for

Jorath, I'd like to use an orchestra, but I don't have that much money, and besides, I'm a novice...
 intrepid, I didn't even think of that; I'm pretty sure I have fruity loops downloaded already! stormymystic, that sounds like a winner. I'll check out that link. thanks |

a program called "Reason" is a great utility but it cost's around 300$ US although there maybe some place's you can "find" it.
