Ok, I own the following games:

Neverwinter Nights
Baldurs Gate 2
Medieval Stronghold
Monkey Island 3

Ok, I own all of these games but tired of carrying CD's around as I use them on my laptop, can anyone tell me how the hell to navigate that site www.gamecopyworld.com to find them, as I cant.

*MAY I POINT OUT I OWN THESE GAMES, AND I WILL BE THE ONLY ONE USING THEM, ON ONLY ONE MACHINE. THIS MAKES IT LEGAL AND ABLE TO BE POSTED ABOUT ON IW.*

Pms Accepted.

Might I point out that Cloudy locked your last post until she could find out Ziroc's take on the situation? You're just lining yourself up for some major crap. Unless you've heard otherwise from the mods of course.

Edit: I'm gonna take the obvious guess that Z's ok with it. At least with the site you have posted anyways.

Game copy world is legal. As long as you own the CD. Some CDROM players don't work right because of their crappy copy protection. All this does is allow the person to play a game without needing the CD in the tray.

Try a program called Clone CD for creating copies. It used to be a free deal, but the latest may be a trial version. It was a link from gamecopyworld, so I'll assume it is ok to mention here.

I have found it makes decent play copies. The copies usually aren't good for installs, but of course, that is fine since I actually own the games. Just remember to carry the copies with your laptop and make sure you have used your legal discs for the install. My laptop is finicky, and occasionally doesn't like burned CDs.

Clone CD 4 (the virsion you buy) atualy allowed you to have virtual cd drives and store the images on your computer. i actualy have that, although they stopped selling it now. i suspect the demo may be as good, so you might wish to give it a go

Just click on the PC Index section of Gamecopy world (on the right somewhere) and then just the the appropriate letter for your game. Sometimes they need to be patched but they usually give you a link for that anyway and mention it so you don't screw up.

I use gamecopyworld a LOT and find that in 99% of the cases everything works fine unless a game is too new (say like Temple of Elemental evil which I haven't cracked yet)

Of course you do have to own the game as previously mentioned and considering Ziroc has already posted I'm sure not much further comment is needed regarding this.

Personally I use it with any of my games I can. Try juggling a couple of dozen games in and out every time you wish to play them and it can become a nightmare. Not to mention "Star Wars Jedi Academy" which would not work on my computer without the crack no matter what I tried. Some of the copy protections can really work against the legitimate buyer which can really be a pain in the butt. I've bought more than enough games that still ask for the correct cd rom even though it's in the drive leaving very little to no options to play the original game. Thus gamecopyworld means that not only we get our money's worth, but also that developers still make a profit since we do not have to return our product, and we can enjoy it without having to go through a pile of cd's every time we wish to play it.

I always use No CD patches. I prefer playing games without the CD in the drive. It has it's advantages.

Same here. I have been using No-CD crack ever since I discovored GameCopyWorld three years ago. I just can't stand the long waiting time for the game to load from CD, plus the CD swapping work for cutscenes. And because that I sometimes played games until late at night, the CD-ROM drives can be a little noisy when comes to load and reading content.

Let's not forget damage control: my starcraft cd's are toast because of excessive CD-ROM usage....
