Ironworks is about to be attacked!!!

Yey. Well, um, if IW is down in a day or so, you know we're without power. Glad I bought that UPS and Surge protector.

I'll say it again. I FREAKING HATE Florida.

This is exactly where I am (and the IW server)

We'll probably just get some rain and wind..

UPDATED: Wow, didn't know it was THAT close... It'll hit in 8 hrs..

And here I thought is was a massive hacker attack aimed at IW.

Just make sure Choc's not outside when the hurricanes pass by. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Wow that's unfortunate makes me glad I live in Northern Ireland for once! No chance of any hurricanes here!

Yikes! Batten down the hatches, board up the windows and hide in the cellar! Or at least stay warm and dry, Z!

yeah I thought Ironworks is gonna be attack by hackers too.

well Ziroc, if the power is gonna be cut off because of the huricane. maybe you can get a generator so that you'll have a continuous power supply?

Z, has the one in gulf been upgraded? Last I heard it was only Tropical. Cloudy, umm, I hate to break it to ya, but people, like myself, who live in Florida, do not typically have cellars.

Yeah, I thought this sucker in the gulf was heading to Jacksonville, but, um, it's LOOKING like it's gonna hit Tampa Bay directly..

It CAN be a good thing to be hit directly when inland. The bands of thunderstorms are much worse outside of the trailing edges.. Tornados and such. no fun.. I'll track this all day, and give updates.

BTW: Ironworks Radio will be up all day--as long as possible, I'll give live updates every hour or so. Playing a mix of tunes now!
