Only recently I noticed that it is Dradeel that telepathically informs you about your success in the Cloakwood mines. When you exit after unplugging the waterblock there is a section that informs you about what happened. The speaker is Dradeel though (obviously) not present at the location. Why and what is going on I cannot say.
I think it's just that they had to make someone say it so the game wouldn't crash or something. Like those battles in FF6 with an invisible Kefka in them.

Kruin, the Githyanki Wild Mage. (The one who's group accosts the party after returning from the Underdark.)

She was sent on a quest to recover the holiest of holy relics of the Githyanki: the Silver Sword Blade. Her nemesis: the Thief, the Wielder, and the Defiler... well, that's what she thought, until she meets the PC and realizes they are one and the same.

Wish I could remember more of the dialogue... but definitely a nutcase candidate.

I wouldn't call Irenicus & Bodhi nutcases myself... only misguided.

Agree with the rest of the list though, for the most part.
