well bill is a short form of william. so if william lasker is his name, bill lasker could also be accepted

2: you can gain 250000gold and a couple of books, one of them was the divine intervention book.... (long time since i played this game..)

Illidan's allies are the Naga (Vaj is her name IIRC) and the Blood Elves (prince Kael'thas).
