Fun With Music

Weeelll just thought I'd whack this up on here for those who're interested [img]smile.gif[/img]

Tonight, at 9.37pm, my band, star27's live Session recorded at Maida Vale Studios was aired on BBC Radio 1 (The Biggest Radio Station In England, For Those who don't live o'er here [img]smile.gif[/img] ). The studios were awesome, and the walls were covered in stickers and marker pen scrawls of the bands who'd recorded there Prior to us, everyone from Red Hot Chili Peppers, To Muse, To Mika To The Prodigy. It was really quite awe-inspiring.

Just listened again, actually heard most of it earlier, very nice!! That must boost you a lot of publicity!! So are you gonna take the band as a full time career now?

That's the plan! Not quite a reality yet but I'm aiming to get to a stage where I can quit the job and just get on with the music. The publicity was amazing though, got a good 11 or 12 minutes of dedicated airplay!
