G.W. - After you get rid of the genies in trademeet one of the merchants on the outside ring behind the city gates sells it.

Ladyzekke - you are fast becoming one of my favorite people on this board. There's a post called "Bonus CD items download" that has the info. What it is, is that it gives you the two merchants that were available in the limited edition mail order CD to download. They sell some really expensive but worthwhile magical items. Takes 5 min to download and it won't bug your game. Have fun!!

Note: Their names are Joluv and he hangs out at the BBQ pit in the CC and Deidre, she's up the stairs in the adventurer's mart. (Get the Robe of Vecna from her!!!)

Haha! Ditto Turbovee! Hey, already got the collectors edition. I never gave much thought to using slings (the NPCs just look so pathetic battling with it, here you have this big beastie, and you're pulling back a silly slingshot) so I probably just never bothered to buy it. As I said, got plenty of money so I'll get it and try it out!

LZ - (Thats my new affectionate acronym for thou) Your twiggin bow may shoot three arrows per round but the tansheron bow is +3 and god knows I hate trying to keep ammo stockpiled in my backpack, and my party member may looked stupid flinging a rock chucker, but when that critcal hit comes and I see damage in the 20's or even the 30's I just get giddy like a school girl. FIRKRAGG BE DAMNED!!!

The Robe Of Vecna is essential if you're a mage = it's the most powerfullest one there is!! (err......apart from the one on my site but never mind that).

Also the Joluv guy has a +5 sling that never runs out of ammunition = it makes a really change from carry bags and bags of stone bullets around.

Why did they do that anyway? I could grab a hairclip from a lousy peasant and call it "ammunition". Heh heh

Turbovee - I'll let you know how those weapons go! I still have one more dragon to go (two down, one shadow and one red, onto the black!) First, though, I'm off to get those three liches on the mainland! Never got to them yet. Have to try that tommorrow as it has been a long day and is getting late here now. You Turbo are I think 3 hours behind in time so it is still early for you. So I'll be checking out soon within the hour, but am sure will be talking to you again next time, next topic!

Hell Lich Wah - Howbout just going into a noble woman's home and grab their portable curling irons, great fire damage!! Haha!
